Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Stolen Packages Helix Gear Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
